YABBIT is the brainchild of our founder and Managing Director, Darren Jansz. Dash, our team mascot, is the embodiment of YABBIT. Versatile and fun-loving, Dash combines the team’s spirit into one remarkable being, passionate about fast cars, humor, fitness, and volunteering. Dash’s traits include honesty, integrity, family values, and a love for fun.

Introducing Darren Jansz, also known as DJ, the Founder and Managing Director of UPTI, the parent company of YABBIT.
With 30+ years in the communications industry, Darren has harnessed his experience to lead and inspire the UPTI team. He’s instrumental in delivering world-class service and building a community around YABBIT. His dynamic and magnetic personality adds a unique touch to the industry.

Meet Chris, our CEO, also known as Woody. He’s an accomplished IT and Communications professional with a strong track record in the Australian Communication Industry. Committed to leadership and best practices, he values integrity, a strong work ethic, and community support.

Meet Shantel, our head office team leader with a decade of UPTI and Live Communications experience. She’s a passionate traveler, a local culture enthusiast, and a staunch client advocate, always ready to help. Supported by Mel as her right-hand, she’s your dedicated supporter for success.

Meet Mel, also known as M&M or Eminem, Shan’s right-hand at UPTI. With 15+ years in service industries like hairdressing and health, she’s an excellent listener with a sharp eye for detail, dedicated to providing world-class service.
